We first learned of Rex via YouTube. His videos there were informative and through those videos we saw his love of the area he represents and his love of real estate. He took us to a few homes and was very patient with us as we are first time homeowners. Rex was very thorough and thoughtful in his answers. And when we decided to move to an area outside of his MLS listings, he put us in contact with the perfect realtor. My husband and I still are impressed with Rex’s Commitment in helping people buy a home.

I had the opportunity to work with Rex on a couple deals, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Rex was a super star realtor. He met us at some really far out properties and always arrived with a smile on his face. We were in the process of both selling and purchasing a home at the same time and he did everything possible to take the stress of such events away. He answered every call, no matter the time, and fixed every issue. When it was all settled, he asked if there was anything else he could do to help us and I jokingly said I needed a porch swing. He bought me one! He is just a great guy and very professional but down to earth. It has been a year since we sold and purchased and he still stops in to see us. That is a person who really cares about his customers!

During the home buying process, I had some tough things that I was going through in which caused me to find a home and find one quick. I was staying with a friend until I could come to a decision on what home I would want, when right down the road from where she lives one went up for sale. I put in a request and Rex was able to show me the house on the day that I requested and once I saw it, I was hooked. I still wanted to wait a day or so to make a final decision but I was pretty set on this house. The next day, however, an offer was made on the house and knowing how much I loved the house and the predicament I was in, he contacted me right away. That whole next day we were going back and forth on offers and addendums, connecting me with a lender, and more. By the end of the night I had a successful offer in place. I was in tears of joy and if it was not for him listening and understanding the reasoning behind me not only looking for a home but specifically this one, I probably would still be out there looking. Rex is literally your go to realtor and I highly recommend him. No one knows how much his hard work helped in my current situation.

Rex is the man!! I could not have asked for a better experience selling my house. Rex and his team went above and beyond in the whole process from helping me prep and stage the property to getting the porch painted. Rex is a superstar! He got us through buying our new house, moving, renovation and sale of our old house, and all the paperwork and negotiation that went along with it. "Let's call Rex" was the battle cry whenever things weren't going exactly as planned. And with his help and guidance, things always worked out! I can't say enough about the results - we got our new house for a great price with fantastic terms, then we quickly renovated and sold our old house, fast, for a better price than we ever imagined. I just don't know how it could have been any better! This was the best working relationship we've had with any realtor - ever.
